The Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) invites sealed tenders from reputed Accredited Agencies/Contractors (Interested Parties) for 19th Edition IPL-2026 (06) Matches for the following items:
- Providing Premium Banquet Catering Services
- Hiring of Generators Sets
- Tender forms containing detailed information such as scope of work, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), eligibility criteria, and duration of services will be available from 06.04.2026 to
09.04.2026. Now new date is 11-04-2026 till 3:00 PM .
- The tender documents can be obtained from the HCA Office during working hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on all working days. However, on the last day
(09.04.2026) (New 11-04-2026 till 3:00 PM), the documents will be available only from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- The tender document fee is Rs. 5,000/- plus GST @ 18% (Rs. 900/-), totalling Rs. 5,900/- (Rupees Five Thousand Nine Hundred Only), which is non-refundable.
- Payment shall be made by way of Demand Draft / RTGS / NEFT drawn from any nationalized bank in favour of “THE HYDERABAD CRICKET ASSOCIATION”, payable at Hyderabad.
