ress Release – 12/01/2024 – Inviting applications for Level 'O' e-learning course for aspiring cricket coaches
Hyderabad Cricket Association is inviting applications for aspiring cricket coaches (male and female) from Telangana districts (excluding twin cities areas) for Level ‘O’ e-learning course to be conducted by National Cricket Academy (NCA). Successful completion of the Level ‘O’ e-learning course will be a prerequisite for qualify for the NCA BCCI Level 1 Coach Certification Program. HCA will select 25 applicants based on the following eligibility criteria
- Any First Class cricketer who has represented Hyderabad State team/ any interested coach who has playing experience in HCA leagues
- Ability to operate a computer
- Age between 18 to 55 years (medically and physically fit)

Notification: Decision to Conduct Men's Senior Zonal matches 2023-24
The Secretary chaired the meeting and requested the participants to provide inputs to conduct Men's Senior Zonal matches. This tournament that is part of the Hyderabad tradition also aids in selecting players for Ranji Trophy and CK Naidu which are scheduled to be held on 07.01.2024 and 05.01.2024 respectively.

OPEN SELECTION TRIALS FOR THE NALGONDA DIST. BOYS TEAM
Open selection trials for the Nalgonda District boys team for HCA League will be conducted by the Hyderabad Cricket Association on 10th June 2023, 8 am onwards at Mekala Abhinav Stadium, Nalgonda. Interested players-whose place of birth is Nalgonda District & are studying/ have studied in Nalgonda from Class VI to Class X are eligible to participate in the open selection trials. Players are requested to carry their original identity proof documents (Date of Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card) for verification.

HYBRID LEVEL-2 COACHES COURSE FOR INT/FC CRICKETERS
National Cricket Academy with a view to encourage International Cricketers /1st Class Cricketers to take up coaching as a profession post retirement, NCA is planning to conduct exclusive course for such cricketers. They will be exempt from appearing for Level - 1 Coaches Course and can appear Level - 2 Course cum Assessments directly.

HCA Condoles the Sad Demise of Abdul Azeem FC Cricketer
Administrator (Mr. L Nageshwara Rao (Retd Justices Supreme Court ) & the Members of the Hyderabad Cricket Association express their shock at the sudden demise of Mr. Abdul Azeem, former First-Class player of the Hyderabad Cricket Association (served player, selector and coach) today THE 18TH April 2023 in the evening.
HCA Administrators and Members convey their heartfelt condolence to the members of the bereaved family and pray God almighty to give them enough strength and courage to bear this loss.

SUPREME COURT ORDER SLA(C)No(s).6779/2021 dated 14-02-2023
With reference to the above SC-Order, please be informed that Hon Justice L. Nageswara Rao, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India has been appointed as a single member Committee for HCA to break the impasse and hold fair elections. Please find the attached order of the Supreme Court for SLP 6779 of 2021 for ready reference for all neccesary action and future communication .
The Order has also opined that the Supervisory Committee will not function any more and so far as the issue of signing power is concerned, that will also be dealt with by Justice L. Nageswara Rao.
