As per the order passed by Sri Justice v. Eswaraiah, Ethics officer & ombudsman Addl. charge, in case No. 11 of 2024 dt.14.06.2024 the Apex council has made strenuous efforts to ensure due compliance of the aforesaid order by formulating just and equitable criteria to ensure that the cricket clubs are not in any way prejudiced. The same was discussed and agreed in the Apex council Meeting held on 30.05.2024. The criteria as follows was set to ensure the promotions for the upcoming season of A Division 3 day League Tournament.

TCA'S NATIONAL INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT
Starting from 21-08-2024
The Senior Selection Committee Chairman and Members met today at RGICS, Uppal at 11:30 am and selected the Hyderabad senior team for the first two matches of the Buchi Babu Invitational Tournament 2024-25 with Hyderabad matches starting from 21.08.2024. The team will travel to Tirunalveli on 18.08.2024.
Mr Tilak Varma will lead the team as the Captain and Mr Rahul Singh will be the Vice Captain. The availability of Mr. Tilak Varma for the first match is tentative and pending confirmation. In such a scenario, Mr Rahul Singh will lead the team in his absence, Mr CV Milind will be the Vice Captain and Mr. Rahul Buddhi from the standby will be part of the team.

HCA: PRESIDENT'S INNITIATIVES FOR NEW CRICKET STADIUM
The President of HCA Sri.A Jagan Mohan Rao is sparing no efforts in liasoning with the CM Sri A Revanth Reddy of Government of Telangana for getting their approval and support in getting a New much larger Cricket Stadium for people of Hyderabad and for development of Cricket in the State.

BCCI CIRCULAR REGARDING ELIGIBILITY OF PIO/OCI CARD PLAYERS
With reference to the BCCI CIRCULAR DATED APRIL 30, 2024 REGARDING ELIGIBILITY OF PIO / OCI CARD HOLDER PLAYERS, it may be noted that the Apex Council of BCCI in its meeting dated June 18, 2024 has taken the following decision:
Any player who is in the process of relinquishing foreign citizenship, and acquiring Indian citizenship (Indian Passport) will be allowed to play in BCCI tournaments (even if such player is not in possession of an Indian passport) subject to such player providing documentary evidence, to the satisfaction of BCCI, about such relinquishment and acquisition.
Pursuant to this decision by BCCI, it may be noted that HCA will allow the impacted players to play in the HCA League matches if the players give a declaration that the player is relinquishing foreign citizenship with supporting documentary proof.
